I ordered fried noodles with chicken and was extremely disappointed when I got home. The food was greasy and had no flavor. When I called to express my concerns, I was transferred from one manager to another, which made the experience very frustrating. Considering the high price for such low-quality noodles, I will not be coming back.

This restaurant serves the best Chinese food in Botswana. The dishes are excellent and authentically traditional, with an extensive menu that features a diverse array of dining and drink options. Its central location in the CBD is very convenient. Although the prices are somewhat elevated, I understand that they need to account for expenses, especially given the high rent in the iTowers. All the chefs are from China, which guarantees that the food is both genuine and flavorful.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. I arrived with high expectations, but we ended up waiting over an hour after placing our order without receiving any food. This is a Chinese restaurant, yet not even spring rolls made it to our table. The staff appeared to be busy, but there was no sign of our food, and they didn’t offer any apologies or explanations. After waiting an hour, we decided to leave and find another place to eat. Additionally, the furniture was unappealing, featuring plastic chairs that contributed to the overall negativity of the experience. It was truly a dreadful night.

During my recent trip to Botswana, I decided to try this restaurant because I had a craving for Chinese food. The meal was absolutely outstanding, and my family especially enjoyed the full Peking duck, which my parents were particularly fond of. Although I came across some reviews mentioning slow service, I found it to be only a minor inconvenience; the delicious food definitely made up for it! I realize that working in the service industry can be tough, and I think we should all try to be a bit more understanding, provided the service isn't completely subpar. Additionally, the owners were very friendly and attentive. Overall, the food deserves an A+, and I highly recommend this restaurant!
