フィードバックを提供するThe first time I visited Copains was in August 2023, and the place was overrun with bees all over the exposed patisserie. The staff didn’t see any problem and continued to push the food. I visited again in June 2024 and thankfully there were no insects to be seen, although the patisserie is still exposed. Copains is a bit more expensive than other gluten free boulangeries in Paris. I got an eclair for €7 which tasted good, but perhaps not €7 good. My only other gripe with Copains is that the staff are very pushy. I assume they earn commission as they practically fall over each other to get your business and upsell hard. When I bought the eclair I was clear from the start that I just wanted to get a single product to eat now, yet the girl serving me tried to upsell 4 additional products.
