I had a troubling experience at this restaurant, primarily due to a staff member named Olivia. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, and she behaved rudely throughout my visit. It's common sense to keep hair pulled back while working in food service, but she didn't seem to care. Olivia was loud, used inappropriate language, and even directed offensive remarks at me multiple times. The situation escalated to the point where I felt compelled to contact the Fultondale police. It was by far the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered, and being accused of racism was completely unfounded.

I go in here to have a nice quiet dinner with my husband, and there was a girl who claims she work there how do uniform with her hair stringing everywhere behind the counter, cooking food for her and her boyfriend who is also behind the counter, and when I said something about it, she started screaming and cussing at me and calling me racist the waitresses name is Olivia and I’ll promise you I will never step foot in this waffle house again
