Five Guys Burgers Fries - Fultondale

This was my first visit to this Five Guys location, and it will likely be my last. Upon arrival, I noticed the restaurant was clean and not very busy, but the music was excessively loud. Since it was our first time there, we found it confusing to understand where to place our orders and how to get our drinks, among other basic processes. Unfortunately, none of the staff took the initiative to explain things to us. It was clear we were newcomers, but it seemed like it didn’t occur to any of the employees to provide assistance. On the bright side, the food was quite good, but unfortunately, it was also too expensive. Overall, it doesn’t offer good value for your money, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The food was great, but charging $17 for a burger and drink is quite a lot, especially since my order came out as a double meat without me requesting it.

This will be my way for 5 guys!! This place is phenomenal!! They block the situation near me, which was phenomenal, as well as only short staff that suck, but the employees deserve to have a life! This place does not skep and everything was perfectly cooked. Would absolutely recommend stopping here.

I didn’t realize that the items were all sold separately. After spending $40 on three burgers and ordering fries, I ended up spending an additional $30 on three drinks and two more orders of fries. The portions of the fries are pretty large, which I didn’t know, so I could have just gotten one order. The burger itself was good, but it didn’t come with the sautéed mushrooms I ordered. They weren’t an extra charge, so I didn’t bother to ask the server about it.

This really is the best burger place in town. Fresh ! All of it! Everytime! More pricey than other places but I prefer the quality if im going to eat a burger and fries. Clean with outdoor sitting available. Free peanuts. GREAT MUSIC playing inside and out. Love Five Guys!
