フィードバックを提供する3 times here and while the first two were big, this last time was terrible. The help was great, really. But there's not enough staff. Our garlic toast was burned soggy at the top, the chicken nuggets were burned to a crunch, the seafood salad was runny, the spaghetti and meatballs were runny and tasteless. The only safe bets were the greens and frozen yogurt.
We had a reservation but they seemed a bit unprepared for our group. There was one server assisting our group. So many of us had to get up and go ask the kitchen for what we needed. My sea bass needed more seasoning, and my son ordered steak and lobster with fries that seem to be a smaller portion compared to the price. My brother ordered honey buffalo strips that came with a drizzle of buffalo sauce on them. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for more. The salad bar area was clean, as well as the rest of the restaurant ????
This was my first visit to this Sizzler. I honestly haven't been to one in at least 10 years! It was clean, service was great, and the food was good. The only thing I missed was the chicken at the salad bar. Maybe it was just gone by the time we arrived. Be prepared to order at the front and pay before you're seated, it to me aback.
We came in to have dinner and we love this place. It is quite difficult now to look for Sizzler (no longer exist in Indonesia where I come from). The steak and other food we ordered is very good, with warm service and hospitality.
Very good to dine here. Wifey had an excellent steak. I had the first salad bar in a long time. Gloves supplied for health purposes.
