Burger King - Fullerton

This place was amazing! It was super clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and respectful. They made our experience outstanding, even providing our service dog with a cup of water. Their kindness inspired me to order my service dog some extra nuggets and treat myself to additional mozzarella sticks. Overall, I give this spot a 10 out of 5 because they truly went above and beyond. It was a complete turnaround from my awful experience at the Whittier and Beach Blvd location, where we received burnt, old food. This visit restored my faith in Burger King; for me, BK reigns supreme over some clown named after a duck! #loyalcustomerachieved

My favorite burger place! I haven't dined in for a long time, as I usually use the drive-thru. I really like the app for ordering and picking up at the drive-thru.

Food was okay, service good as order taker was kind and order was taken accurately. Restaurant was way too cold, a crew member started cleaning all the tables while we were eating.

The restaurant feels very outdated and is in dire need of a major renovation. The staff seems just as lackluster and unexciting as the surroundings. To top it off, the food is consistently served cold.

Excellent franchise management. The food is always served hot and fresh. The service is quick and friendly.
