The hamburger is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed it with the rich Demigrass sauce and paired it with a wonderful gin. The caramel pudding had a nice bittersweet flavor, which I personally loved! The hamburger itself was flavorful and generously topped with the sauce. The caramel dessert was a little on the bitter side, but I really enjoyed it!

I picked up some food from ITO SHOME Hanuhe SHOTO IRON to take home. It was definitely more enjoyable when served on a hot iron plate.

I've been curious about this restaurant for a long time, and I finally decided to try it out. Without hesitation, I ordered the hamburger called "Amerikan." The sound of it sizzling on the hot plate and the delightful aroma of the sauce caramelizing were irresistible. The hamburger was juicy and not gamey at all, complemented perfectly by the bacon and a special sauce that was simply amazing. The lemon and butter on the side did a great job enhancing the flavors. It’s easy to see why this place has been beloved by the locals for so long. Thank you for the wonderful meal! I really wanted to tell the staff just how delicious it was.

昔食べて美味しかったハンバーグ屋さんを思い出し、福井市の繁華街、通称片町にある亜米利館を訪れました。外観や店内は昭和の雰囲気そのままです！今回は人気No.1メニューの「亜米利館」を注文しました。ナイフでスッと切れるハンバーグは、ほろほろと柔らかく、その塩加減は何とも言えない美味しさです！ベーコンレモンのトッピングがまた絶妙で、一緒に食べても美味しいです。自家製のデミグラスソースは濃厚ですが、このハンバーグにはぴったりです！付け合わせのにんじん、インゲン、ポテトも昔ながらの味が楽しめます。ちなみに、ライスとパンは別料金です。生ビールはハイネケンなので、個人的には嬉しいです。他にも気になるメニューがあるので、また来たいと思います。
