Jiǎ Lái - Fukui

Friend, I recently visited Uho Liques for their Miso Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were incredible and the texture of the noodles was perfect. I also tried their donut, and it was a delightful treat! The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, which added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my visit all the more enjoyable. I truly recommend this place! When you walk in, you can immediately tell it’s a fantastic spot. Thank you very much for a wonderful dining experience!

This charming town Chinese restaurant in Fukui City is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2022. Please be aware that parking is limited. It's a small establishment with five counter seats and three tables for four, but it’s bustling with local customers. You can pay with cash or PayPay. I definitely want to try the entire menu at this place!

The best ramen in Fukui! I highly recommend trying the miso ramen. The soup is also delicious and satisfying after the meal.

福井の老舗中華料理店。久しぶりに訪れましたが、古い中華料理店にありがちな油汚れは全く見当たらず、店内はとても清潔でした。仕切りのあるカウンターに座ってメニューを確認しました。久しぶりだったので、基本のラーメンと半チャーハンのセットを注文しました。親子（？）の二人がそれぞれの役割を果たし、あっという間に料理が提供されました。素晴らしいです！味も、鉄板メニューとして期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。カウンター越しに見える厨房も清潔で、隅々まで行き届いた掃除がされていました。久しぶりに訪れましたが、またリピートしたくなる中華料理店です。

地元の町中華のお店。セーレン体育館の南側、住宅街の一角に位置しているため、少し目立たないのが残念なところです。しかし、地元では非常に愛されている町中華で、ランチタイムには多くのお客さんが次々と訪れます。味は万人受けするもので、特に奇をてらった部分はありませんが、とても美味しいです。メニューは基本的な町中華と変わりありませんが、こちらのお店の珍しい点は、人気メニューが「味噌ラーメン」だということです。こちらも必見です。味は担々麺のようで、ピリッとしたスープが特徴です。また、ランチタイムにはサービスランチメニューもあります。ただし、前述の通り、混雑時は厨房も忙しそうで、他のお店よりも配膳が少し遅くなることがあります。
