Though we arrived a bit early for lunch, the staff was accommodating and guided us to a private room since we had a child with us. The food was delicious, and I was so pleased that I wanted to dig in right away! I would also be thrilled to receive some sardine sauce in a bottle to take home. I apologize that this review is written in Japanese, but I wanted to mention that the udon was particularly enjoyable; I had mentioned in previous reviews that it needed to be suitable for a young boy, and indeed, it exceeded my expectations! With a little more warmth in preparation and presentation, it was truly delightful. Overall, it was a sweet experience!

We visited the restaurant as a family of four to enjoy unagi (grilled eel) over rice. Compared to the unagi from a certain beef bowl chain, the grilling, the tenderness of the meat, and the overall flavor were significantly better, making us very happy! However, the service from one of the male staff members wasn't very good, so I'm giving it four stars.

前々から気になっていたお店にようやく行くことができました。鰻は脂がのっていて、皮はパリパリとし、身はふわっとしていて、紅白重として白焼きや蒲焼きをとても美味しくいただきました。肝吸いも美味しくて、おかわりしたいほどでした。ただ、日本酒の種類が少ないように感じました。男性の方に日本酒について質問したのですが、返答がありませんでした。忙しかったのかもしれませんね。持ってきていただいた際には、おちょこが伏せたままでした。アルバイトの方だったのかなと思いましたが… 個室ではしっかりとコロナ対策もされていて安心できました。また伺います。次回は日本酒の種類に期待しています… ご馳走様でした。

紅白重セットをいただきました。白焼きと蒲焼きはふわふわで、とても美味しかったです。タレもご飯もおいしいと思いました。店内は今風でキレイな雰囲気ですが、スタッフの方々も愛想良く親切でした。普段は他のお店でせいろ蒸しを食べていますが、焼きが食べたい気分の日には玄白さんにまた来たいです。
