There aren't many vegan options around Lake Kawaguchi, so this restaurant is a great choice if you're looking for something to eat. I had a fantastic experience at this sushi restaurant! The sushi was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. They have four vegan options on the menu, and I suggest trying all of them—they're definitely worth it. The sweet potato and avocado roll was heavenly!
