Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fruita

I have always avoided this Dairy Queen in Fruita because the staff at the counter, including the supposed management, are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. During my recent visit, the person claiming to be the manager was especially rude and to make matters worse, she had visible hickies on her neck. Absolutely disgusting! It’s really sad to see a local ice cream shop in Fruita can’t deliver frozen ice cream I mean that’s what ice cream isevery time we go there it’s melted you might as well give me milk in a cup. We’ve gone there multiple times in the future and it’s the same every time and we thought tonight would give it one last try and same thing milk in a cup. They don’t even tip the blizzards upside down anymore because it’s so melted. It’s pretty sad that they’re making these orders so far in advance whiles cars are sitting in line and it’s just sitting there melting it’s disgusting and it’s very degrading. From now on, I’ll just go to the local cupcake shop to get ice cream. Pretty sad a cupcake shop has better ice cream, then a franchise ice cream store..
