Sister pub to the excellent Angel Heytesbury. Recently refurbished and great inside. Same well proven menu as The Angel so great contemporary cooking, decent portion sizes, interesting and varied menu. A proper foodie pub but a great place for a beer too!

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch with generous portions and excellent quality. The weekday menu is diverse and extensive, plus there's plenty of parking available and the staff are very friendly.

This restaurant has a rustic and simple vibe, but it's executed really well. The main dishes are priced at just £10, offering a lovely selection. It's also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. This is definitely my kind of pub!
