フィードバックを提供するMy husband and I were in Texas for the first time on our honeymoon, and we took the opportunity to try some fast food chains that we don't have at home. I instantly became a fan of their White Chocolate Raspberry shake and found myself wanting one every day of our trip. So much so, that when we got home, I ordered the key ingredients to try to recreate it. It turned out pretty well! The employees were very friendly and respectful, which made our experience even better.
It seems clear that this location doesn't care about improving its service; numerous reviews have highlighted the same problem, and yet nothing has changed in over a year. It's disappointing that a beloved establishment for many Texans can't provide better customer service. There appears to be a refusal to improve, with employees seemingly content to provide subpar service. I've noticed staff wearing AirPods while standing around, ignoring customers, and several other instances of extremely poor customer care. I highly recommend finding another Whataburger because this one has truly hit rock bottom. It's a shame, as this location used to be quite good. The only thing that might motivate them to improve is if people stop visiting at night, leading to a loss of revenue; even then, I doubt they would care. I’ve even called their hotline regarding the long wait times and poor service, and although they promised to take action, nothing has changed. The ONLY reason I didn't give a one-star rating is that I genuinely enjoy the food.
This restaurant urgently needs new management. My husband's burger was served hot, but mine was only at room temperature. The fountain drink dispenser was clogged and overflowing. They also didn't provide any drink lids, and many of the tables were dirty. Additionally, the service did not offer any napkins or ketchup.
We are from California and had to try this place, since we always hear it's the south's in n out. And because it was the only thing opens at 1 am we figured why not. At first glance we were disappointed. The food looked gross and soggy. However it wasall surprisingly delicious. My guy got a burger, said it was great. I got a chicken sandwich... that was flavorful but not toosalty. The Cinnamon buns weren't any Cinnabuns but not bad for a drive through. Def would go back
At this Whataburger, If they send you to the B lane, it means the drivers behind you will receive their order first. I've had this happen a couple times even when I'm ordering quick breakfast items. I ordered a cinnamon roll once and it was dry and hard.On another occasion, I sat in the line for 20 minutes, arrived at the order box about 5 minutes after 11 and they refused totake my breakfast order. Every time I go through this drive thru, I'm reminded that I've told myself not to use this particularWhataburger.
