Rio Grande Frisco

We chose this restaurant because we had made a reservation, and given that it was festival week in Summit, finding a table was quite challenging. Luckily, we were seated immediately at a lovely round table for five. The guacamole and queso dip were excellent, and the margaritas were also enjoyable—very strong, though! Our server seemed competent but was so busy that we didn’t see much of them. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the food. I wouldn't return for a full meal, but I might consider coming back for happy hour.

We visited Rio Grande during the busiest season for ski resorts. We made a reservation to avoid waiting, especially since we had a little one with us. We were seated right away and received quick service. The wait for food and drinks was reasonable, considering how busy they were. This was our second visit, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Our server seemed attentive, but she was so busy that we didn't see her much during our meal. Unfortunately, we were all quite disappointed with the food itself. I don’t think we would return unless it was just for happy hour.

Our server, David, was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive and provided us with excellent food recommendations.

Better than the Denver area Rio's in terms of food and atmosphere.
