フィードバックを提供するThis is an exceptionally well-run restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant is clean with a pleasant ambience. Our server, Patricia, was helpful, friendly and very attentive. The manager, Bryan, kindly committed himself to participating in the special dietary needs of my wife (because of her lupus, her diet is quite restrictive). And the food was great. I cannot recommend this Red Lobster very much. Thank you, Bryan and Patricia, for a wonderful experience.
The food was good for the most part but there were few complaints about the mushrooms and one person in our party had under cooked chicken. The server and manager are nice. We made a reservation for 13 people and we were placed into a very tight spot where the end of the table was a booth. Despite these things and a bit of a wait, for the most part the service and food were good.
Delicious food and EXCELLENT service. I tried the lobster langostino pizza and loved it. Avery is a true gem and made sure that everything was perfect. The manager was extremely gracious as well. I live much closer to one of their other locations, but this is the only one I?ll be dining at in the future?it?s definitely worth the extra drive.
Caesar, our waiter, was a great help. Ordered the blackened salmon , cole slaw and breaded shrimp with whipped potatoes perfectly roasted brussel sprouts with a sweet type of sauce (a lightly sweetened glaze). .. and of course the famous cheddar biscuits!!... the host entered my name number at the waiting area sent me a text when our table was ready. The wait time was about 5 minutes.
The service here was a little slow. There were tables that were dirty and needed to be clean. You can tell they need more staff. My food was good and my waitress was very nice.
