フィードバックを提供するWe stopped here for a light lunch. We got the Northwest cheese board . It came with cheeses from Lopez island. The tray was very good. Then we had the cheese soup. It was absolutely amazing. Taste so good. I had wine and they were very nice with the glass of wine. Recommend going here. It's pricey. $73 for a light lunch but that's 5 mouths to feed.
What a lovely lunch! We were waiting for our ferry out of the island when we decided to have lunch here. The place was packed, but fortunately it was at the end of the lunch hour and we waited about 10 mins for a table at the outdoor area at the back. I ordered fig and brie sandwich (yum) and my friends ordered a cheese plate. They were quite flexible on what kind of cheeses you can choose (more than the menu says) and prepared lovely plates for us to munch on. As many reviewers said, it was a bit pricey, but it was a good last lunch on the island.
Very disappointed Got the special Mac and cheese of the day which was ham pesto. Issue 1, I thought the portion was small especially for the price. Issue 2, there wasn't much cheese and just a half spoonful of pesto Issue 3, I didn't think it tasted that great. It probably had a dollars worth of ingredients yet cost $14
I am supportive of the bistro's policy during Covid. Island strong. The business is doing their best to keep islanders safe during the pandemic.
This was the highlight meal of Mom's Birthday Weekend and it wasn't even suppose to be the highlight meal. Plus, yes, the sandwich we ended up splitting was tiny. Could be done in one bite. But it was oh so tasty. The saltiness from the cheese and ham in the sandwich balanced the less savory accompanying salad and soup. AND THEN THERE WAS THE CHEESECAKE. It looked like a classic New York Cheesecake, but tasted like fluffy clouds from heaven. Yes. You read that right: fluffy. It was so light and airy we took our first bites and just stared wide eyed at each other. I would drive the one hour to Anacortes, ride the one hour ferry, and go back for the cheesecake alone. You're welcome.
