Wingstop - Fresno

I had a terrible experience at Wingstop. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I ordered two large wing combos and spent nearly $50 at this awful place. When I opened the food, my fries were completely burnt, almost black. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer until the next day. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful, insisting that I return the food if I wanted a refund. Why would I drive 15 minutes just to return food that was already thrown away? They showed no concern for my time or money. I recommend avoiding this place and going to a different location that values their customers and doesn't make you feel bad for wanting a refund for burnt food.

The whole place reeks of urine and the restroom is absolutely vile. Food: 2/5

The employees at this restaurant were not friendly. They gave me food that was drenched in oil, which ended up spilling all over my car seat. My chicken sandwich was burned and the ranch dressing was filled with oil and some unknown red substance. The presentation of the food was very poor. It is clear that the employees do not care about providing even decent service, let alone good service. This was my first and last time eating here. I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

Manager Jessica went above and beyond for my order. She didn't have to, but she put the customer first and handled the issue with grace. Thank you.Food: 5/5

Super disappointed. First of major violation for non name on bag as should be Wingstop policy couldn’t even get a clean hoagie sauce on it’s not even my flavor eww and hardly sauces at all oldest pieces of boneless in the fryer basket ! For the home of flavor I had none ?. this is coming from a Wingstop employee at a different location def sticking to my own location
