Starbucks - Fresno

My sandwich was cold on the egg side and hard as rock on the bacon side. I had to dissect what was edible. 0 stars.

Tooo slow been here 30min or more only 3 people working and my drink was bad only whipped cream and caramel I felt like I asked for a pup cup.

Bad service all the way around, and on top of that never answer the phone. My drink tasted like big spray. Would not recommend to anyone, watch out for this location. Plus my wife says the breakfast sandwiches taste like plastic.

This store is very nice to people everytime i come. Just too worried about that. Rather than making sure the drinks are correct. I ordered a dark roast with a splash of vanilla sweet cream which usually gets you 1/2. And instead I got Lt vanilla sweet cream 1/4 and it was very black. Other than that the store is very nice and overall very great costumer service. Just needs to spend more time making drink/taking orders.

Every 1 of my coffees iced, cold, hot, warm, n fraps made of many different flavors have always been the made as I asked for it and I haven't been let down with enjoying my coffee that has always tasted
