Starbucks - Fresno

Slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to. It took me 15 minutes to get to the window and get one drink and there were only 2 cars in front of me. You get to the window and the employees aren't even friendly almost as if they hate their job. The drinks are trash. I paid $9.10 for a drink all for it to taste so gross and it wasn't even made right. Relocate the staff or get a better manager!!!

The drive thru line looks long but it moves fast. There are good hard-working workers there trying their best to please their customers.

Worst Starbucks to go to Gives u drinks with cups without proper lids and take forever to remake a drink. sorry doesn?t remake drink just pours the order drink into a new cup manager is rude about interactions with customers and doesn?t care how their store is ran Stays in the back doesn?t help w/ customers

Services okay depends who's at the window and it is always packed at least mostly always packed but the drinks are always bomb and they usually get your order correctly Plus a lot of times they give you free items so I give them four stars if only it wasn't so busy most of the time

The cafe was happy about the absence of queues but disappointed by the inability to wash hands before eating in the traditional manner or with wet napkins. Additionally, serving cappuccino without a saucer or a teaspoon was not ideal. To the administrator or art director: perhaps you could try savoring the creamy foam directly from the cup instead!
