Menchie's - Fresno

As the acknowledge shows, I had a transaction on 03/21/22 and somehow the cash entered the wrong phone number connected to my account. I have made them aware of their attention and she only replied that my manager can fit it that she is not here today. I went back on 03/23/22 the manager was present in the filiale this time and again I explained what happened, but nobody bothered to fit it. I'm not looking for anything I shouldn't have got. there is clear that every dollar spent deserves a point. I had $11.27 menchies money and $15.96 smiles balance. my little makes it fun to add the 50 reward points to get $5 out of an order. that is simple, but just frustrating; a little courtesy goes a long way. I wouldn't recommend this.

Very rude and respectful. actually tasteless. Yeah, it's kovid, it's overwhelming. I know I work in almost food. I see both views. there were so many people in there for a about 10-15, who for him are such a small space. two employees who are very rude. three I and my friend were finished first, this guy really said where they are next in the line. like what. I stole from us first and got us out of there. there screaming customers. it is overwhelming, as I said, but they are very irresponsible and have no sign that should say how many people could enter. no social disintegration. they could make a sign that says 3 groups at the time or only 2-3 groups in there. I and my friend were just wearing gloves. also the bank was very rude and ignored me when I asked for two spoons and my friend. also there were literally children there with no mask on about 7-10 years old. we felt uncomfortable and rushed. really disappointed.

The skinny pogo stick looking kid that’s behind the counter not working because all he does it Talk the whole time! I couldn’t even enjoy my time in there with my family cause he was giving a play by play and there’s no customer service they can’t even bag up your ice cream at the end! Lazy lazy lazy.. not worth it!
