Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Fresno

So...I tip well, especially when it's earned. We walked in and waited for someone to leave the back room and acknowledge we were there, she peaked out the back door saw us and turned around to go back, as I asked for a sample cup, she just kept on walkingto the back and didn't come out till we were waiting to pay. As I slid my credit card in the reader to pay, she told me I couldleave a tip...! What...!?! What did she do to earn a real tip???

We found this place by accident, and I'm so happy that we did! Wonderful people, fantMenchieastic. We were so happy with them that my family and I choose this place.. and we're really impressed. They have a great selection, the people are helpful andprofessional... and we'll be going back often! I highly recommend Menchie's!!

I discovered a delightful healthy dessert spot for the whole family, conveniently located near Woodward Park! They even offer no-sugar-added frozen yogurt for my elderly dad, which is fantastic! The Dole Whip float and Acai Bowl Superfruit are outstanding! I was so impressed that I left a tip for the employee!

I ordered Uber Eats today and it cost me $38.00, not including the tip, for four large cups. However, they were only filled halfway! I'm really disappointed. I usually order from the one in Clovis, but they don’t offer delivery. I think I should get a refund, or at least be charged for only two cups.

The regular cup wasn’t filled all the way, and the toppings were very sparse. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. I’m quite disappointed, especially since we’ve ordered from here before and really enjoyed it.
