San Ann'a Pizza Mexican - Fremont

We were with San'a Ana a few times. The food and service were always excellent! They come with a lot of their own recipes. Definitely not a Mexican restaurant cookie cutter!

We order from here at least once every few weeks! The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly. We especially love the chips and cheese as well as the taco supreme. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the city!

I decided to call and express our disappointment about the food, but they hung up on me. I remained polite throughout the call. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff member responded, "What do you want? He's kind of busy." Eventually, I did get to speak with the manager, and when I mentioned my concerns about the kitchen staff, he interrupted me, claimed to be their best cook, and then hung up on me. The customer service was even worse than the food itself, and I would strongly advise against dining here. My family and I will not be returning, despite being loyal customers for 25 years.

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, particularly the Mexican dishes. One of my favorites is the shrimp taco salad. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is very pleasant.
