フィードバックを提供するThe staff here are incredibly kind and pleasant. One of the employees knows sign language, which makes communication much easier and faster.
FOOD: The dishes were greasy, overcooked, dark brown, and served cold—definitely not even lukewarm. MANAGEMENT: They allow employees to wear what looks like a dog collar with their KFC uniforms. Employee hygiene was lacking; they appeared disheveled and almost like the walking dead. I felt like a burden and an inconvenience to the staff. The owner should conduct surprise visits at odd hours to address these problems.
The service was lacking, and the quality of the food varies depending on the KFC location you go to. Unfortunately, this one was dreadful.
Got a famous bowl and a breast box. Asked to substitute fries for mashed potatoes. Got home no fries no spoon or spork no napkins. It's been a couple of months since I went back because they messed up my last order. Probably not going back. For 13bucks got ripped off and can't get an order right Ive never had this problem from Lee's and they will get my business from nowon.
Haven?t had KFC in years my boyfriend and i had a bad experience. the food was dry tough and old tasted like rubber they forgot everything we had asked for. we won?t ever be back
