Hong Kong Chef - Fremont

The portions are quite generous, but the flavor could be a bit more subtle.

This is one of our favorite Cantonese restaurants, known for its roasted meats such as duck and pork. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is good. The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, I hadn't visited in a while and noticed that the food had declined. But I must say, they have hired an authentic Hong Kong chef, and the food has significantly improved, so we plan to come back more often. I can also tell that the restaurant is busier than I remember.

Came here on Thursday evening, it was not busy. The service was fast, dishes came quickly, and food was delicious.

Fairly decent food, good prices and portions as well. Parking is quite easy (huge parking lot), quite large inside as well. Service was decent and fast. Came with a complimentary desert.

Nice and delicious lunch with family. Sweet and sour pork and Crispy salted Knuckle were good and yummy.
