フィードバックを提供するI work there, and it's not a great place to be employed. The general manager and night shift managers often engage in questionable behavior, which leads to them treating me poorly. I brought the issue of drug use in the store to the owner's attention, but he hasn't taken any action to address it.
Mi., Oct26,2022 disappointing and hard to forget. I was the only customer in the store and three employees work the dinner hour. Cashier could enter my order (a sandwich) correctly. Staff who made my order did not read the order, made the sandwich with double meat and asked me if I ordered double meat. Another employee remakes the sandwich and adds the wrong spices (oil instead of vinegar). To complete everything, I discover a block from the store a black hair in my sandwich. I returned to the store and had to prove that there were hair in a sandwich by finding the hair for the employee. I received no excuse for the Fiasco I experienced when I placed the job and the hair in my sandwich. I asked for a refund of my money and yet no mention or excuse! Bad service and three employees who were not equipped to provide quality customer service. I will not come back and management must take into account additional training and corresponding headgear for employees.
We arrived forty minutes before closing. We ordered a meatball Sub and were told to take her meat away with 8. Close time is 9! Meatball Subs are a signature article. Why stop selling them an hour before graduation?
Sandwiches are much smaller than a year ago. No longer worth
I do home health care and a client of mine bought me lunch at Firehouse Subs this week. I?m hooked!! Went in today to get one and gentlemen at counter recommended Italian sub. Omg it was so good.
