THIS RESTAURANT IS THE BEST!! My dad and I went to Federico 's on a Tuesday evening and sat on the patio. We were greeted by Rico and he was also our waiter. He was a super friendly and a generally fun person! He was also a great sommelier! I 'm not usually a wine person but he brought out one for my dad that I really enjoyed. It was exactly what my dad asked for except that it was a little too sweet for him, but I ended up loving it. My dad then asked for a sauv blanc and Rico found the perfect one for him. The food was amazing. We ate too quickly to get some pictures. Once you start eating, it 's so good that it 's hard to stop. We got the crab cakes, the caprese salad, the beef Wellington and the Napoleon. The crab crakes were SO delicious. Perfectly crispy and the sauce was to die for. The caprese salad was put together nicely! It 's important to keep every element of the dish though because the flavors balance out nicely. The beef Wellington was cooked perfectly and was so tender! It came with gratin potatoes that were different from your usual ones but delicious all the same. Even the grilled squash and zucchini were bursting with flavor! The Napoleon was delicious also! We had a hard time deciding between desserts though. They all looked so delicious. I think that their menu may change periodically depending on what 's available. The inside appeared a bit small but the patio was nice and open. The only slight inconvenience was the 10 seconds it took the amtrack train to go by but nothing the restaurant can do about that. It does take a little longer to get your food but they can suggest items that fit your timeframe if you 're in a rush. The beef Wellington obviously took a bit longer but even that wasn 't an excessive amount of time. Rico was waiting tables and also seemed to be cooking the food also. A one man show but he was doing a great job! We can 't wait to come back here again to try more dishes. I 'm eyeing that crab ravioli next! TLDR: This place is fun and friendly, food is out of this world, and Rico was exceptionally great! Expect to take your time here and enjoy the ambiance and friendly conversation.

Descent food but not worth the price nor wait. The service was ok, asked to not include aspect into the plate yet still included it. Forgot about us asking for more bread and water. Nice and clean restaurant overall.

I brought a friend with me, expecting a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the customer service was friendly, but the food fell short in both flavor and quality. It was obvious that the fish was frozen, which detracted from the meal. The crab ravioli was just average. They should consider refreshing their menu and adding more vibrant flavors. Just because someone cooks doesn’t make them a chef.
