I had a wonderful experience today. Max was incredibly friendly and had a positive attitude. It’s always a pleasure to see him when we visit the Fremont BK Drive-thru. His motivation and outlook at work really stand out!
I had an excellent experience with customer service today. It was clear that they were a bit understaffed, but both employees we encountered were still very friendly and helpful.
