Blaze Pizza - Fremont

I tell you what, this is one of the better blazes ' I 've gone to as far as the pizza but I can only give 4 stars due to the staffing. 1st time last week was a gal working and a dude with dreads and they were trying their best to be attentive and politeand did a great job. Pizza was phenomenal. Upon returning this week I was met with an all male crew who could be described assluggish and mopey. I get you don 't really want to work at a pizza place, but you 're not supposed to let everyone else know youhate your life choices. All of the shakers were basically empty, which is probably unnoticed to most, but screams lack ofpreparation. The duo from the previous visit had me wanting to come back, this last trip the pretty crisp pizza have medoubting my return. I mean, I don 't like having to drive 2 hrs one way to my job, but I show up with a smile on my face and makethe most of it, your poor attitude shouldn 't be seething out so heavily that the patrons feel bad for you.

Some nearby places had already closed by 9 p.m., but this restaurant was still open. I enjoyed the cauliflower crust, which was a personal favorite of mine. The staff provided great service despite the loud ambient noise, and they were accommodating when I requested to double up on certain items. The team working the oven accidentally left my pizza in longer than they should have, but it turned out perfectly with crispy crust and all the veggies I selected. The system for ordering, paying, and baking in the oven was well-organized, which streamlined the wait time. I was able to park on the street nearby, and the 11" personal build-your-own pizza was under $20. Overall, it was a good experience.

3/25/22 Friday Very good location near century16 theater n the best pizza. Special pie day $3.14. My pizza is fully loaded with pesto sauce, goat cheese, chicken, basil, spinach, olives, jalapeño, mushrooms, pineapple, broccoli, artichoke, banana pepper,red pepper, green pepper, red onion, olive oil, pesto drizzle, ranch arugula.

My experience at BLAZE tonight with the build your own pizza was not good. Everything was going well until the employee who was supposed to slice the pizza gave me more pesto sauce than I had requested. Despite asking for a small amount of sauce, she poured a lot from the bottle without any hesitation. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she simply placed the pizza on the counter. I should have addressed this issue with a manager, but I decided to just wipe off the excess sauce and finish dinner with my family. Although my wife and daughters enjoyed their pizzas, mine looked strange with the excess pesto. Unfortunately, once we got home, I experienced stomach issues and had to spend more time in the bathroom than I would have liked. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience dining at Blaze Pizza tonight.

We love making our own pizzas at Blaze Pizza. It has become our go-to family restaurant. They offer a variety of sauces like tomato, pesto, and creamy. My favorite is the pesto sauce and I always opt for a thin crust.
