Staff is very kind and attentive. There’s a lot of options on the menu. I ordered a dish and there was a bit of confusion with the spice level. The waitress and manager Alan went above and beyond to fix my order. The manager Alan is extremely attentive and helpful. As I was waiting for my order to be fixed I was given a complimentary cappuccino which warmed me up from the canal breeze! He made us feel very taken care of. Thank you Seafood Grill on the Bay!

OK so I went to this place a few times. This is the deal. Be careful look at the check thoroughly. They have a hidden gratuities already included in your check which of course they don’t tell you about so they’ll suggest an extra gratuity. They’re super nice about it too but if you’re not aware you will be taken. I was taken but not tonight! I went back with my friend and she looked at the check not only was a gratuity charge, they charge us to different taxis. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t appreciate them dabbling with the taxes. This will definitely be reported. Not nice!!!!! Same on you!!!!! How dare you take advantage of unsuspecting victim’s after you liquor them up!

Food is good but the automatic 18% service charge with a credit card use charge of 3% is a bit too much. Restaurants should prominently post these additional charges at the front door to give consumers the true cost and not be surprised. It does make an otherwise good dining experience less palatable.
