Mcdonald's - Freeport

Incompetent! That sums it all up pretty well! There the worst place in Illinois that I have been too. They don't care about the job or you ! I promise you will be disappointed I was in the drive for 35 min last time the kids begged me to go and they still screwed me on the order and wasted my time! And blatantly don't care . Never been so upset in a drive thru then this horribly managed nightmare of a store . Just shows the work ethic of there staff. Dont bother if your in a hurry or want fast competent service!

Last time I was there I asked for extra ketchup with my order and the worker proceeded to give me 3 packs of ketchup. Guess extra ketchup is 1 pack per large fry. This time I went in to order and there was nobody else in there so 6 employees standing around yet somehow forgot my nuggets in the order. So now it's fathers day and my kids have there food trying to share with me and I the father don't have my food. This place has gone downhill in the past few months. Is it under new management? I like how there solution is oh just come back and either eat by yourself or let everybody's else food get cold.

Grandma's Flurry was delicious, but way, way too expensive for the size portion you receive.

Waiting 20 min for my mcflurry only for the car next to me who I was there before got 3 mcflurrys while I still didn't have mine. If I wanted to see clowns I'd of went to the circus.

Quarter pound cheeseburgers are delicious, service is very good, and the price is right!
