Manny's Pizza Freeport

I ordered the thin crust pizza and it was fantastic. The cheese, sausage, and pepperoni all tasted like they were high quality and not overly spiced or loaded with salt. Many pizza places tend to overwhelm you with salt and spices, or drown the pizza in too much cheese. This pie was great!

I ordered my usual meal for myself, my fiancé, and our four children at the restaurant. When the food arrived, we sat down to eat and I took a bite, expecting the usual taste. However, there was no sauce on the pizza, so I called the restaurant to inform them. I politely explained the situation to the lady on the phone, but she insisted that their pizzas are made without sauce. I insisted that this pizza was different from all the others I have had before. She was very rude and dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me, insisting that my order was not wrong. Very disappointed with the customer service.

The restaurant is too expensive for the portion sizes they serve. The appetizers are very small, especially the mini tacos which were scarce for the price. They even got our drink order wrong. The pizza is thin and not very filling. If you want pizza in Freeport, I wouldn't recommend this place. Instead, try Ciminos or the Domino's inside Walmart.

I have been going to Manny's for 30 years, even before they opened a franchise in Freeport. Manny's makes two things that cannot be compared to other restaurants. A) The best tacos ANYWHERE!! They go best with Manny's homemade salsa. B) The best thingcrust pizza ANYWHERE!!! If you want deep-dish or even traditional crust pizza, you've got the wrong place. Manny's thin crust isthe thinnest and crispiest you will ever have.

Food in my experience is always very good I have only eaten the ???? and ???? both are very good. Thursdays are $1 tacos
