On The Rock Lobster - Freeland

Nothing about this place matched the reviews that drew me to it. Wound up spending almost $70 for a couple of dinky lobster rolls with barely any lobster on them and a bowl of bisque. Service was unfriendly and the food was a massive disappointment. The rolls were smaller than a dollar bill, salty/greasy, and featured maybe 2 ounces of their lobster salad mix and the bisque was just ok. Seriously can't understand where these 5 star reviews are coming from and felt like I was ripped off. Take your money and spend it at Rocket Taco instead--I have always been happy there and regret visiting OTRL.

I've been hankering to try this lobstah roll in like, FOR-EVAH ! Being a mermaid chowdah head, one needs their lobstah, oystah and shrimp roll fix quite frequently, and boy this roll didn't disappoint. Supah tasty, fresh, and huge chunks of delicious mouthwatering lobstah ! From you know where ! Great service ta boot !

The sanwich doesn't fill u up. A bigger one is needed. No I don't want 2. It lacks bite also

Fantastic! The lobster roll was delicious and the woman taking our order was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended all around. We also had a Mac and cheese and a pie, which were both awesome.

Too small and seriously overpriced. Lobster mix they call it, and if you have to try everything once... well, it 's not worth the . A couple of shoddy picnic tables if you want to sit for two minutes and eat your small sandwich. Expect to be still hungry afterwards, as portions are small.
