Wendy's - Fredericksburg

I waited nearly 20 minutes for a Biggie Bag, and when it finally arrived, my food was cold. To make matters worse, the manager was rude to me about some BBQ sauce. I’m really fed up with fast food. The staff at this location should be embarrassed.

It has been too long since I had a burger at Wendy's (I usually have the chicken sandwich which I love) but with eating out way too much during the Pandemic I opted for the single and it was juicy and tasty. I love their fries too they have that hand made vibe. Yummy all around!

The service was good. I have had times when I wanted to walk out. But today it was good. My major complaint isn't about the restaurant, but the traffic in the area. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be challenging.

I had an amazing experience this evening with both the service and the burger. I'm not sure of the name of the girl working the register, but she was incredibly friendly, and the food was served quickly.

Wendy's in South Point II is fantastic! The drive-thru is always efficient, my orders are consistently correct, and the staff is respectful and professional. They truly value my business.
