Dragon Inn - Fredericksburg

Family just dined in. Based on meal prices, quality and quality, I highly recommend. Family had General Tso chicken, Orange Chicken, Pork chow lo mein, Szechuan beef, and Hunan chicken lunch specials and OMG they over feed us! All were great andoverall bill was $54, which supplied us with tons of leftovers to eat later on at home. Highly recommend!

This is our family's favorite Chinese restaurant in Fredericksburg. The food is consistently fresh, the fried rice is authentic (not that artificial yellow kind), and the General Tso's chicken is excellent!

Later, when I called to add the missing items, I reminded them about our previous conversation. The man who took my order seemed confused and questioned why they owed me "free food." I politely explained what had happened, and he even spoke with the staff member who noted my number, but he seemed upset about the situation. He then called me a "liar" multiple times, claiming that the complimentary dish the lady offered me was one of the items they forgot, suggesting I was trying to get something for nothing. His attitude was terrible, and it was clear that he was frustrated with the fact that they had messed up my order. He reiterated that the missed items would be "on the house," which confused me since I had already paid for them. After that unpleasant call, I headed to the restaurant to pick up my order. When I arrived, not only did they give me small portions instead of the large ones I had ordered and paid for previously, but I was also overcharged for my current order. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The egg drop soup is the best you will ever taste. The food is consistently fresh, and the spicy dishes pack a real punch. Plus, the owners are genuinely wonderful people.

Lunch specials 7 days a week 11-3, only 3 items over $8. Food was great, friendly service, clean dining room and bathroom and drink straws are paper not plastic. I got triple delight lunch portion- choice of drink, soup eggroll.
