Chili's Grill

I don't even know where to start with this review. The service at this restaurant was terrible. The food did not justify the high prices they charge. It seems that in this day and age, as prices go up, service quality goes down. Thank you Chili's for the reminder. For over $20 per plate, it's better to eat at home or go to a 5-star restaurant. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Shame on me. I won't make that mistake again. I advise all my friends and family to stay away for their own safety. Consider yourself warned, seriously, save yourself the trouble.

The wait staff were very friendly. The kitchen was very slow. The long black hair on my son's plate was just gross. They remade his meal but the damage was done. The best part of it was being with my family, but I can do that anywhere. Probablywon't be back except for drinks with friends.

I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, cooked well-done, along with a side salad and chili. However, I received two burgers that were nearly raw, buns that were falling apart and soggy, barely cooked bacon, a dried-out salad, and chili that seemed to have been microwaved for too long, resulting in the cheddar being like cardboard. The loaded fries suffered the same fate. The only positive note was that the Caesar dressing was really good. Overall, the experience was not good at all. I would recommend going to Burger King instead next time.

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We visited for my husband's birthday and were disappointed to find that menu items had changed and prices had increased. The service we received when trying to address these issues was also very poor. The manager did not seem to care about our concerns and as a result, we decided to leave. We have no plans to return to this location anytime soon, if ever.

Do NOT eat at this Chili?s. I?ve been going to this location for a long time and typically had decent food. However, I ordered takeout on Tuesday and two days later I was eating some leftover chips and found a raw piece of chicken in the bag. I called themanager to let them know what happened and was left with a response that they?ll ?look into it.? Manager was very unapologeticand unaccommodating, claiming they don?t prepare raw food near prepared food ready to be served. The lack of concern from themanager was appalling. I would not trust eating from this restaurant ever again.
