Castiglia's Italian - Fredericksburg

I’ve visited Castiglias several times, but I’ve never been particularly impressed with the food. I’m not a fan of this style of Italian cuisine, to be honest. However, I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere here. It’s a great spot to hang out, and I love the Sky Bar. If you’re looking for decent food and a lively environment, this is the place to go.

When we entered the restaurant, I had no idea that he actually worked there. I assumed he was part of the kitchen staff because he was dressed very casually. To my surprise, it turned out that he was indeed an employee.

Castiglias consistently serves delicious food. Though they are nearly always busy and service can occasionally be inconsistent, this restaurant has been a beloved fixture in Fredericksburg for over 20 years. My children grew up enjoying spaghetti here. They have continuously revamped their ambiance and expanded their offerings to include a wood-fired oven, a popular bar, and a rooftop dining area. Their menu features excellent appetizers, drinks, sandwiches, pizzas, calzones, and classic Italian dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly.

Come here often. Always forget to review but today, I decided to get the Fig Prosciutto pizza?. So so glad I did. It?s absolutely amazing. Sweet Savory. They never disappoint in most things they do. Give ?em try.
