Billiken's Smokehouse - Fredericksburg

The food looked absolutely amazing! I tried the mac and cheese, which was delicious, and the one rib I sampled was fantastic. Unfortunately, I dropped my food because the bag tore while I was walking home. Despite that mishap, I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their dishes!

We had an excellent dining experience at Billiken's this evening. First of all, the building is impressive and has a rich history. Secondly, our server was both friendly and attentive. And last but definitely not least, the food was delicious. We ordered a pulled chicken sandwich, a three-meat sampler platter, and a pulled chicken platter. For sides, we chose mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. They also offered a great variety of sauces! While it's not the most budget-friendly option, it was worth every penny.

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the rattlesnake pasta, and I had the brisket platter. The macaroni and cheese is homemade, which was a wonderful surprise! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return on our next trip to Fredericksburg!

Nice lunch. Crowd started coming in about 12:30. Wonderful staff, good food and warm environment. Dining in or on the patio. Bourbon bar upstairs.

Awesome restaurant in historic downtown Fredericksburg. The ribs had a great smoky flavor and the brisket was on point. Positive experience all around with great food, good atmosphere, and friendly service. Definitely recommend this place if you?re in the area !
