Vocelli Pizza - Frederick

Good pizza! Sauce is beautiful and savory, not overly sugary as his undergraduate cousins; Crust is chewing and nicely browned; and blows are well proportioned. I don't eat much pizza because of my earlier disappointments, but this could be addicted (and well reordering)!

I am from Michigan and came to visit frederick MD and got this pizza randomly with a Google search. I have the dulex pizza and I have to say that this pizza is the best pizza of my life. The crust is good, the cheese is good, and the sauce is amazing. Ordered delivery and it came fast and hot. About 5 stars. It's just sad that I have to go back to Michigan and I can't get this pizza tomorrow.

I ordered food at 7:36p. The eta was between 8:05-8:30 it never came. I called and spoke to someone. They asked if I used Uber eats or the restaurants online ordering system. I explained I used Uber. They said they just then received the order and it will be on the way. I told home I?ve been waiting a hour. The gentleman replied you can wait or we can refund you your money and we?ll cancel the order. No Customer service whatsoever. Like you guys screwed my order up and I waited till 9:30 a whole 2 hours to receive my food. What happen to if we are late it?s free. I love Vocelli but over the past year I?ve had a lot of problems in regard to the time the pizza?s appearance and customer solutions. They don?t care about the people nor the pizza. Just green.

Extremely disappointed. When Pizza arrived it was burnt to a complete crisp , was impossible to chew, had barely any toppings on it, could not heat up without turning into rubber. I?ve never had a bad pizza from this place and the one time I called and waited for the manager to get back to me all day , they said there was nothing they could do and it wasn?t their problem. Never eating here again super sad.

We order from here weekly. I don?t know what has happened to this place, but quality is declining. The last 3 orders our pizzas has been paper thin and we order traditional. So thin the toppings keep falling off and it?s super greasy. This was easily our favorite pizza place. This review is painful to write.
