Edge Gourmet Street Kitchen - Frederick

Edge Gourmet Street Kitchen and Peel Handcrafted Pizza were both fantastic! I arrived just before closing time, but the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was simply delicious!

I ordered the carne asada tacos, my girlfriend had the rabbit and rattlesnake brat, and my son enjoyed the edge burger. The food was absolutely incredible!

I tried the smoked jalapeño elk brat, and it was just okay—slightly bland, but luckily I carry kosher salt with me. It would have earned a better rating if the prices weren't so shocking. There were no prices listed on the menu board, so I was taken aback when I had to pay over $15 for a brat and a small bag of chips from a food truck! Seriously?! A food truck should offer lower prices because they don't have the same overhead as a restaurant! Needless to say, if I come across this food truck again, I'll be sure to pass it by without a second glance!

This was my first experience with a food truck, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sandwich was over $17, but it was mostly filled with peppers and onions. It really needed more meat.

My wife and I have visited this place several times since relocating to Frederick. Both Peel Pizza and Edge Gourmet Kitchen, which share the same storefront, offer amazing food and excellent service. The atmosphere is outstanding as well (the vibes are perfect if that's your thing). Honestly, I can't recommend this place highly enough.
