フィードバックを提供するDelicious but very heavy lunch. We started with a cheese plate to share. Next we had the 4 toasts with different toppings and cacio e pepe. Very rich and filling. In fact we skipped dinner that night. Our server did not speak english which made the experience more fun.
We are so glad we took the advice of our host and had a memorable lunch at Na Fojetta. The food was all very flavoursome, fresh and well presented and the service warm and friendly. Georgia explained the menu in English for 2 Aussies and also gave us some background on the family restaurant. Na Fojetta is not to be missed if you are in Frascati.
INVENTIVE AND TRADITIONAL ALL IN ONE It’s been around for seven years and is a haunt of the ‘local’ locals no tourists hardly not even from Rome. The chef is self taught and he doesn’t cater he cooks Usjng only superb ingredients a fillet steak that is legend a with spicy Timur sauce. Old traditions are strong with a ‘genuine’ coda di vaccinara lots of juicy slow cooked meat. For the brave there is a ‘lasagne’ if the innards of the lamb. I preferred the stuffed loin. Il ristorante nel centro di Ghetti è eccellente, anche se il parcheggio è un po' problematico. Si mangia davvero bene, nonostante i lunghi tempi di attesa dovuti alla piena affluenza di clienti. La carbonara senza glutine era deliziosa.
Se volete provare ancora qualcosa, avete trovato una bella patata! L'accoglienza è eccellente, i piatti sorprendenti come l'insalata greca con gelato al cetriolo e pomodoro. Come contorno, consiglio la tenerezza: per chi la conosce. Non servono parole! I primi sono abbondanti, il pane è fatto in casa. Il cuoco/proprietario è pronto a raccontare la storia dei suoi piatti.
