Dunkin' - Franklin Square

Average dunkin donuts, plenty of parking, students loitering inside store are disruptive and rude; should be removed from hanging out inside .

The workers were really nice, they made my ???? matcha drink, it was good, but it was just milky. Overall nice spot

I visit this place every day and spend between $100 and $200 a month for myself and my family. However, I won’t go during the summer if they don’t have air conditioning because it gets too hot inside. Still, I really love Dunkin!

I absolutely love it! The Filipino food is fantastic, and the coffee is awesome. This place is amazing!

I arrived half an hour before closing time. Among the four people there, three were occupied on their phones and seemed friendly. The fourth person, however, unexpectedly asked me if I was paying with cash or card. I replied that I would be using a card. She grunted and then asked what I wanted. After I told her, she miscalculated the cost by about 20% in her favor and said, “So you only need $X.” I reminded her that I was paying with a card and did not have any cash. She grunted again and asked if I could pay cash. I said I would just go somewhere else. Eventually, she conceded and asked what I wanted. One of the nice kids on their phone then had to show her how to process the card payment. I'm not a fan of people using their "mind tricks" on me. I definitely won't be coming back.
