Baskin-robbins - Franklin Lakes

My orders are consistently incorrect, and everything that’s roasted has a strange, chemical taste, likely due to harsh cleaning chemicals. This Dunkin’ is really disappointing.

I ordered from this restaurant, but when my order arrived, half of it was missing. The Uber drivers tried to check on it, but no one answered when I called the restaurant. The phone just didn't work. I couldn't reach anyone about my order, and customer service was of no help since I ordered through a third-party app. The staff really needs to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly. Additionally, their customer service is based in the Dominican Republic, and even when I called the main office in Kantonsmesse, I still ended up speaking to someone in the DR. There seems to be no accountability here.

The staff was incredibly rude, and to make matters worse, my shake was made with rancid, spoiled milk. It was absolutely disgusting.

More beautiful and clean and highly recommended for them. everything is always fresh.

Stopped here for the Dunkin Donuts portion on our way to and back from Florida. Clean inside friendly staff. If you’re hungry do not get the grilled cheese. I repeat, DO NOT GET THE GRILLED CHEESE! 2 pieces of not good sourdough bread with maybe butter, all microwaved together. I was disappointed, as the Texas toast grilled cheese was always so yummy. I could have made something better with the bread, cheese, and butter that was in our cooler on the engine block of my car.
