フィードバックを提供するI placed an online order and then waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be informed that the restaurant was no longer serving food, despite still being three hours away from their scheduled closing time. I explained that I had paid for my order nearly 45 minutes ago and that the order status showed it was already completed. However, they insisted it didn't exist and told me I was out of luck. I ended up wasting $13, not to mention the fuel spent getting there. Unfortunately, it seems that restaurant quality control has declined since the pandemic.
I ordered four cheese roll-ups, some other item, and nacho cheese, all for $10, which isn’t bad. When I checked the bag, I saw they included the nacho cheese (they usually forget it), but I found one other item in there as well. It wasn’t until I got home and started eating that I realized they had forgotten three of the cheese roll-ups. The service was terrible; I ended up paying $10 for just nacho cheese, one cheese roll-up, and a taco. Since I already ate the taco, we couldn’t go back for the missing roll-ups.
I believe this picture speaks for itself. I ordered all vegetarian items, but when I received my order, everything had meat in it. The state of this Mexican pizza also suggests that no one there really cares about their work.
The food is good and cheap. The place is understaffed. The staff they have is helpful and friendly but they need help
Never a problem with this location itself, but the app and awards program do not work well. Constantly trying specials that promise to reward a purchase with some reward and it never comes through. Do get the points, but never the additional items asadvertised.
