Miso - Franklin

The restaurant offers a wide selection of vegetarian dishes and stays open late into the night. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the fried rice. The sushi was excellent as well!

The Japanese cuisine here is outstanding, especially the sushi and sashimi. The service is excellent as well. While the atmosphere is decent, it feels quite average. Be sure to try the grilled Tuna Jwa—it’s absolutely delicious—along with the Oshinko appetizer and Sweet Shrimp nigiri! You definitely won’t be disappointed! The sashimi is also fantastic.

I’ve been here a few times and I highly recommend the Bento sets. They offer great quality and value. However, I can't really recommend the ramen. The Miso Ramen tasted more like shoyu, and while it had a delicious flavor, the noodles were soft and broken. It was a bit disappointing, but I guess it is primarily a sushi restaurant.

Absolutely amazing, you will not go to a steak house and get this amazing sushi, delicious dinner dish choice and customer service. You're the best.

I?ve lived in Franklin since 1997 and have been coming to Miso for as long as I can remember. I love their food, but hate the online ordering. Today we ordered online and even though we had the order confirmation in hand, we were told when we arrived that our order was ?not here? and we could no longer order because they were too busy. When my daughter tried to show the confirmation to resolve the issue, the (very stressed) woman at the register yelled at her repeatedly. My daughter was in tears. Although we?ve been visiting here for as long as I can remember, since my four adult children were young, we will sadly never eat here again. Yes, the food is great, it?s convenient and a local standard, but it?s a hard pass for us from now on. Fix your online order system or be kind. Or atleast one of those, if you can?t manage both.
