Mcdonald's - Franklin

I like McDonald's and all but I went there the other day and ordered my usual McChicken with only pickles mustard and ketchup (don't judge till you try ? and they had the mustard and pickles but not the ketchup and instead put American cheese on it?

Whoever heard of a McD that doesn't take Discovery? Should lose their franchise!Food: 1/5

I had my food brought to my car and the man who brought it out stuck his head in my bag so I took the food back to them asked for a refund.Food: 1/5

Going through the drive through a promo wasn't applied, to the order , so the manager asked for verification, i always use my app when i come here. Manager looked away and did not respond to my question, he seemed strange, very unpleasant experience.

Been here a couple times. Food is chain quality when they have it. Last trip had a disappointed child when their ice cream machine was broken for a sundae, yet was working for milkshakes. Play area was open for the children. Restaurant was relatively clean. Staff was a little confused about scanning for rewards on the phone.
