First Watch - Franklin

First Watch is one of our favorite places for brunch! Both the Jump Hill and Franklin locations are fantastic. We consistently receive excellent service, and the food is always delicious! They prepare fresh juices every morning and often have a seasonal juice option as well.

This is our favorite spot for brunch! We come here at least twice a month. Today, our server, Sydney, was incredibly sweet, and I felt compelled to leave a review to share just how amazing she was. She was very attentive and had the warmest, friendliest personality. She even refilled my fresh drink in my to-go cup without me even asking! Her outstanding service is definitely a reason for us to keep coming back.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for service in the morning, despite there being very few customers in the restaurant. A server repeatedly passed by our table while waiting on another table, never acknowledging us, offering drinks, or taking our order. She cleared a table for diners without even glancing in our direction. We finally lost patience when two new customers arrived; as soon as they were seated, this same server rushed over to greet them and take their drink order.

We just sat down to the breakfast and picked up somewhere near our doctor's office, and oh my gosh! it was so good. our waitress was the best! brianna kills it! I never felt like an inconvenience, she checked for us just enough! and she smiled every time she came on our table! I'd come back for the food, but I'd come back especially for her!

I have always had a great experience with First Watch and that’s the reason I keep coming back. Their food is amazing and so is the staff.However that all changed today when I walked through the door and enter as the first costumers. I was waiting in line and in came a man with his three kids and wife. Both thought highly of themselves because of there career field. The man proceeded to cut in line and request a table before everyone else. Being intimidated Alaina proceeded to take her attention away from me and other customers who were in there first and helped this snotty family. She then sat them down and the waiter who was coming over to help me then was reverted back to them. After being sat it took awhile to get service because the same family thought they should have all the attention.Thanks for your service to the community officer and military personnel but take a chill pill and realize your not a God.
