The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect rating of 5 stars. Each dish was flavorful and satisfying, making it clear that the kitchen takes pride in their offerings. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout my meal. They made me feel welcomed and valued, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. Lastly, the atmosphere was delightful, providing a pleasant backdrop for a relaxing lunch. I ordered through Doordash to the Franklin, VA location on armory drive. It took almost an hour to receive cold and damaged food. Throw in that all the drinks had been damaged and never even made it with the food. I 'm completely disappointed in the support agent that contacted me and said only one item was damaged when that was a complete lie, instead the whole order was damaged. The bag was opened and the food was cold by the time it got to me because it 'd taken so long. I 'm disappointed that either the restaurant or the dasher had a total disregard for the care of my food and allowed it to arrive in the state that it did. This DQ location and doordash really failed on this one.
