Culver's - Franklin

Culver's offers an impressive variety of delicious options catering to any palate. The service was top notch, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. And don't leave without trying their frozen treats they're a delightful way to end your meal.

I went to this location on June 5, 2023, for a sundae. Excellent sundae. They did not scrimp on anything! I wish other Culver's locations were as good as this one. Well managed and great employees.

I've been to this location several times but had not reviewed them. Today was the day. Culver's has got some good food and some good deserts. I like their smash burgers with the crispy edges. I got a double mushroom and Swiss today. It was juicy, flavourful, and had a nice touch of sautéed mushroom to it. The fries were fresh and salted just right. The custard was delivered masterfully, and it still had its shape when we got home. Rich and delicious. The prices are above average here but you get a good meal. So very much worth it. The staff are nice and efficient. On a busy day, they sometimes mess up orders. Watch out if you go during peak times. But that was not the case today. Good experience today. I keep going back. I don't see that changing.

Hot beautifully cooked delicious hamburgers and crinkle cut french fries with real Heinz ketchup! The Butter Burger has two smash patties, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. We also think they have the best fried cod but be careful because it is hot! Thick planks of cod individually prepared for each customer. Don’t forget to ask for the condiments you want including ketchup and malt vinegar. The fish already comes with tarter sauce and fresh lemon slices. The mashed potatoes are great with a choice of beef or chicken gravy.

I recently had Culver's for the first time in my life and fell in love! The burger I had was salty and cheesy and so delicious. I usually do not like crinkle cut fries but I did love these. I would have rated that experience 5/5. However I went back a few weeks after and my burger was not cooked through all the way. I do NOT like pink in my burgers and don't think it is even an option to order them that way here I think someone was just in a rush. It has made me very hesitant to go back since then.
