Elia - Frankfurt

Hosted a group of 8 for a business dinner. Reservation was accepted and we sat on the patio where there were a few bees hovering around. Waitress was Anna and she was very good in a culture where service does not excel like in the USA. She did upsell which other reviews noted but also pulled me aside and explained the pricing. We went with family style for 8 with an appetizer platter and a huge meat/fish platter as an main meal. It could have fed 12 or 14 people. Came out to be $100E pp with a 15% top and plenty of cocktails. One of the better restaurant experiences we had during a week of business in Mainz and Frankfurt.

We almost always use Tripadvisor when we visit somewhere new….Elia has a lot of good reviews and did not disappoint. The service was welcoming and very pleasant. Our table was by the windows giving a cool place to sit and a good view of the restaurant. My partner had a vegetarian dish….a superb salad,while I chose the prawn dish and was rewarded with 4 of the biggest prawns I’ve ever had. Both dishes were excellent and very enjoyable. We rounded off with coffe and baklava which again was very enjoyable. In all,a very pleasant experience and one we’d definitely recommend in Frankfurt.

Very good meals, nice environment and the staff was very nice. I wasn't expecting such a cute place in Gallus.

Great Atmosphere, lovely food and we liked the staff being professional and friendly. We are from Manchester and we find a lot of common traits with one of our favourite restaurants back home! We like the Mediterranean way of eating and living. This place remind us of our trips Thank you....we will be back as we temporarily moved here from the UAE

We stayed for the 3rd time in Elia in 2016/17/18 during our exhibition. It is and remains our favorite place in Frankfurt. And if nothing comes, we will be back in 2019. The food and ambience is fantastic. Thank you.
