Pizza Hut - Frankfort

I never received my order and was immediately charged. I have still not received a refund. Do not order from this restaurant!

The restaurant never answers their phone, their website is down, and their phone is disconnected. It's a mystery how they are even able to stay open. You have to physically go to the store to place an order, which is pathetic. However, the wings are good and better than Buffalo Wild Wings. But it's laughable that you can't even order them.

I had a fantastic pizza and breadsticks from my nearby Pizza Hut tonight. The staff has always been amazing and I have never had anything less than delicious food from there. Thank you!

Disgusting inside. Will not go back, unless it's 10 years from now. My homemade is better.

Placed a pick up order for a large hand toss 1/2 and 1/2 and it was more 1/4 to 3/4. Pizza was very hard dry and thin. I contacted customer service and did not get a response from the store. Paid for food I threw in the trash.
